These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FreshersOnly mobile application ("FreshersOnly", "the app", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
FreshersOnly is a job-discovery app for freshers in India. It helps you browse job listings suited to students and recent graduates. FreshersOnly is a discovery tool only: when you choose to apply for a job, the app directs you to the official careers website of the relevant company, where the actual application takes place. FreshersOnly does not receive, process, or submit your job applications.
You can use FreshersOnly without creating an account or logging in. Jobs you save or mark as applied are stored only on your own device.
We work to keep job listings relevant and up to date, but we do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, current, complete, or still available. Job details such as titles, salaries, locations, and requirements are provided for general information and may change without notice. Hiring decisions, interviews, offers, and employment are handled entirely by the respective companies, not by FreshersOnly.
FreshersOnly does not guarantee that using the app will result in a job, an interview, or any response from an employer. We are not a recruitment agency and are not a party to any relationship between you and any employer.
The app links to third-party websites, including company careers pages. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of those websites. Your use of any third-party website is subject to that website's own terms and policies.
You agree to use FreshersOnly only for lawful, personal job-searching purposes. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt or damage it, or use it in any way that could harm FreshersOnly or other users.
The FreshersOnly name, logo, and the app itself are the property of FreshersOnly. Company names and logos shown within job listings belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the relevant employer.
FreshersOnly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app, from reliance on any job listing, or from your dealings with any third-party website or employer.
We may update, change, or discontinue features of the app at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
